Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Classes include sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breath work). This practice will build strength and aid balance, while reducing stress and increasing vitality. *All levels welcome.
Yin is intended to bring balance to a modern lifestyle that is often fueled by activity and an overwhelming sense of urgency. Rather than focusing on engaging and strengthening the muscles, students let go of the muscles and dig deep into the joints, connective tissue, and spine. Yin yoga is intended to soothe and calm the body and mind. Wear comfortable, cozy clothes and socks to Yin class. *All levels welcome.
Slow Flow offers a chance to slow down and reconnect with oneself through intentional breath and mindful movement. Students will have more time to integrate to their mats, flow breath to movement, and will hold some asanas for a number of breaths. *All levels welcome.
Our Outreach Flow is a $5 donation Vinyasa class. All proceeds generated during Outreach Flow classes are donated to local community organizations to help support their causes. Kula chooses a different community organization each month. This is a cash-only class, unless students have Kula class packs or are current monthly members. *All levels welcome.
Buti Yoga is a high-intensity workout that blends yoga and tribal with circuits of plyometrics and conditioning. Each class consists of deep stretching, dance, and heart pounding cardio. Buti will help you free your shakti energy, bringing overall balance to your mind and body.
