Refresh + Renew: A Springtime Day Retreat.”

Step into the spring season with a yoga day retreat at Kula Rockford, co-led by Kathleen and Brittany. This afternoon is designed to offer a balanced blend of movement, mindfulness, creativity, and rest.

Time will begin with a 60-minute Slow Flow practice, inviting in steady breath and intentional movement to awaken your body and gently transition into the energy of spring. After class, you’ll enjoy a light lunch and work with your hands to pot spider plants in thrifted pots, creating space for community and creativity.

Next, you will be led through a guided meditation walk with Satya Sound headsets on the White Pine Trail, allowing you to experience nature and sense withdrawal in a new, immersive way. 

The day will end with a grounding 75-minute Yin practice where you will experience long-held poses and quiet integration to leave you feeling calm, open, and restored.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, rooted, and ready for the season ahead.

This day retreat includes a light lunch and all the props and supplies needed for the Satya Sound walk and workshop experience. All private classes included in the retreat are for retreat participants only. Wear cozy clothes and socks, and bring a water bottle, your yoga mat, and comfortable walking shoes.
